The following is an example of how our clients may spend their day. It is just a sample and you should remember that every client will require differing schedules.

Personal Trainer1 & ½ hour exercise. This will be tailored to the clients physical condition. Options will include qi gong, weights, cardio exercise like jogging or kicking football or even just a walk in the park. |

are Personal Trainer cooks nutritious breakfast. |

Shower/dress etc in preparation to go to healing centre. |
| 9.30 am |
Arrive at Post Drug Healing and Training centre. |
| 10.00am |
One on one intensive program. Including 45-60 mins counselling followed by 60-75 mins body work such as therapeutic massage. |

Lunch break. |

Acupuncture & Herbs. |
| 2.00pm |
Creating a preferred lifestyle. Discussions and counselling about living life after drugs. |
| 4.00pm |
Cooking class. Nutrition is important to a successful transition from a drug using lifestyle. |

Dinner. |

Yoga class. |
| 7.00pm |
WWD Peer group meeting. Interactive discussions with other people in similar situations. |

Meditation class |
